  • Glass jar is the best option for storing ghee. If you select a dark glassed jar for ghee storage, it will be a better option.
  • Place the ghee jar in the dark and dry corner of the kitchen shelf.
  • Do not keep a metallic spoon in the ghee.
  • Do not touch the ghee with your finger.
  • Do not insert a moist spoon inside the jar.
  • Never expose the ghee-jar under sunlight or in a moist environment.
