  • Unless you know the blended oil with ghee, you cannot expect ghee advantages by using it.

  • Blended ghee is not shelf-friendly. You can preserve ghee without freezing support, but blended ghee is not that storage-friendly.

Ghee Blends vs. Pure Ghee: Advantages of Pure Ghee
  1. Authentic Flavor: Pure ghee has an unadulterated, rich, and nutty flavor that remains true to traditional ghee taste. Blended ghee may dilute or alter this flavor.
  2. Purity: Pure ghee contains no additives or additional ingredients, making it a straightforward and natural dairy product.
  3. Allergen-Free: Individuals with allergies or sensitivities can safely enjoy pure ghee, as it contains no added ingredients that might trigger allergies.
  4. Cooking Versatility: Pure ghee is incredibly versatile in cooking and frying because of its high smoke point, while some blended ghee products may have a lower smoke point.
  5. Nutritional Clarity: The nutritional profile of pure ghee is straightforward, making it easier to track and incorporate into dietary plans.
  6. Cultural Significance: In many traditional cuisines and practices like Ayurveda, pure ghee holds cultural and medicinal importance, which may not apply to ghee blends.

While ghee blends can offer unique flavors and health benefits, pure ghee maintains its appeal for those who value authenticity, purity, and the culinary traditions associated with it.
