Ingredients for Mutton Ghee Roast Recipe
Cooked slices of Boneless Mutton sliced: 250grams
Milkio Grass-fed Ghee: 3 tablespoons
Red Dry chilies: 4-5
Coriander seeds: 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds: 1 teaspoon
Black peppercorns: 8-10
Cloves: 4-5
Garlic cloves: 6-8
Tamarind pulp: 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: ¼ teaspoon
Whisked yogurt: 3 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Chopped Jaggery: 1 tablespoon

The Preparation for Mutton Ghee Roast
Take a banana leaf and line a serving bowl.
Roast the dry red chilies in a non-stick pan until you get an essence.
Next, transfer the roasted chilly into the grinder
Heat 1 tablespoon of Milkio grass-fed ghee in the very same non-stick pan.
Next, add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, cloves, peppercorns, and garlic to the pan
Stir and sauté for 30 seconds.
Transfer the roasted spices into the grinder
Add tamarind pulp and 3 tablespoon water into the mixer and make a mix by grinding
Take another non-stick pan
Heat the leftover Milkio grass-fed ghee
Add the ground paste into the pan
Stir and sauté for 30 seconds.
Next, add yogurt and mix well, & cook for 1 minute
Now, add the cooked mutton into the pan, stir, and continue for 3 min
Add salt as per taste and jaggery, mix and cook more
And you’re done! Mutton Ghee Roast is ready!
