Ghee bread: Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour: 3 cups 
  • Water: 1 1/4 cups
  • Active Dry Yeast: 1 teaspoon 
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Sugar: 1 tbsp

  • Cardamoms: 2

Preparation 

  • Take a small bowl. Put 1 teaspoon of active dry yeast of good quality in the bowl. 
  • Take 1 and 1/4 cups of lukewarm water. Dissolve 1 tbsp sugar in it. Ensure that the water temperature is not too cold or too hot. 
  • Pour this water into the bowl of yeast

  • Take a big bowl. Mix 3 cups of all-purpose flour, salt, ½ cup powdered sugar, and cardamom. Mix it well.
