Ingredients:

  • Pasta Of Choice- Lb (May Use Grain-Free Or Gluten-Free Pasta And Cook To Package Instructions)
  • Milkio Grass-Fed Ghee: 2-3 Tbsp.
  • Chili Peppers-1/4 – 1/2 Tsp.
  • Dried Basil-1 Tbsp.
  • Dried Parsley-1 Tbsp.
  • Dried Oregano-1 Tbsp.
  • Dried Thyme-2 Tsp.
  • Good Salt-1/4 Tsp.
  • Cracked Black Pepper-1/2 Tsp.
  • Freshly grated Parmesan

Instructions:

  • Cook pasta according to the directions. Drain carefully.
  • In the meantime, melt the Milkio ghee over low heat. Add all the dried herbs, salt, and pepper, and stir all get mixed evenly. Simmer for about 6-7 mins.
  • Once pasta is drained well, toss it back in the pot and stir in the ghee and herb mix. Allow the pasta to warm and serve with grated parmesan cheese.  All Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Before finishing, sprinkle some melted ghee over it.
