  •      Method 4:Take a teaspoon of ghee on your palm. Start rubbing it. Notice if it melts by itself. If yes, it’s pure. If not, it has some blending in it.
  •      Method 5:Mix a little bit of iodine solution with melted ghee. If the iodine solution turns purple from brown color, bear in mind that you are consuming adulterated ghee with starch.
