How to cook?

  • In a bowl, add some flour and all spices, and slowly add water to make a thick batter.
  • Heat a wok with ghee, when the ghee is hot, drop the onion rings into the batter, coat on all sides, and shake off excess batter.
  • Gently drop into hot ghee and cook on both sides. Drain to a kitchen towel and repeat the process with the rest onion slices.
  • Serve hot with a side dish of your choice.
