  • Continue to cook for an additional 30 minutes. During this time, you can see water boiling and then solid milk settling at the bottom. These milk solids will also turn brown during this time.
  • After 30 minutes, remove the pan and let it cool.
  • Next, take the thin cloth and strain the mixture you have obtained from the pan after cooling. In this process of straining ghee, you will see milk solids at the top of the cloth. 
  • Finally, you will obtain ghee.
