You have to pay cautious attention in the last few minutes of Instapot ghee making. It is always wise to mark the last 7–8-minute so that you can ensure to switch off the flame for ghee at the right time, and the dairy does not get burned.

Once the ghee is made, now you have to filter the dairy oil using a ghee strainer. Now you have to store it in an airtight container.
