  • Add 1 Tbsp sauerkraut juice and blend gently to include all the ingredients together.
  • Allow the mayo to sit at room temperature in a small fermentation jar for 7 hours. After that, place it in the fridge.
  • This mayo will stay intact for up to 1 month with freezing support.
  • If you want to make it eggless, omit adding egg yolks.
