If you are on a healthy diet due to the time and effort, it takes to curate keto meals in creamy ghee, and it is time you look into other low-carb options that are both healthy and filling.

Here are three of the easiest and quickest low-carb chicken recipes that you can enjoy making and munching on.

Creamy Herb Chicken

Creamy Herb Chicken with Milkio Grass-fed ghee

Ingredients:

  • 4 Thinned-Out Chicken Breasts.
  • 2 Tbsp Onion Powder.
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder.
  • 1 Tsp Salt and Pepper to Taste.
  • 1 Tsp Dried Thyme.
  • 1 Tsp Dried Rosemary.
  • 1 Tsp Freshly Chopped Parsley.
  • 1 ½ Tsp Butter.
  • ½ Tsp Flour.
  • 1 cup Half and Half Milk.

STEPS:

  1. Marinate your chicken breasts using salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Begin by grilling the chicken breasts on low-medium heat.
  3. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan. Melt and brown butter and mix in the flour while whisking milk on low flame.
  4. When your milk base has thickened, add in the seasoning mix, including onion and garlic powder, along with dried thyme and rosemary.
  5. Mix and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 4 Thinned-Out Chicken Breasts.
  • 4 Tsp Minced Garlic.
  • 4 Tbsp Minced Ginger.
  • 2 Tbsp grass-fed ghee.
  • 1 Tsp Salt and Pepper to Taste.
  • 3 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard.
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce.
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar.
  • ¼ Cup Chicken Broth.

STEPS:

  1. If you fancy cooking some delicious chicken in your Instant Pot, you surely need to try this recipe. Start by heating your ghee in a pot on a low-medium flame.
  2. Cut your chicken into cubes and cook with minced garlic and ginger, along with salt and pepper to taste. You can use Milkio grass-fed ghee or Garlic ghee for taste.
  3. Once you cook the chicken, add sugar, ketchup, dijon mustard, and soy sauce. Fry for 5 minutes and add the chicken broth.
  4. Let the pot simmer for 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

Chicken Francese garlic grass fed ghee

  • 3 Thinned-Out Chicken Breasts.
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil.
  • 1 Tsp Salt and Pepper to Taste.
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder.
  • ½ Tbsp Butter.
  • ½ Tbsp Flour.
  • ¼ Cup Chicken Broth.
  • 1 Large Egg.
  • ¼ Cup Lemon Juice.
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar.
  • 1 Whole Thinly Sliced Lemon.
  • 1 Tsp Freshly Chopped Parsley.

STEPS:

  1. Cook your chicken breasts in a pan with Ghee oil and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Once the meat is cooked, remove the chicken, and without wiping the pan clean, add ghee butter to brown.
  3. That is going to ensure that your sauce is cooked in the fats from cooking the chicken.
  4. If you want, you may use Milkio cultured ghee clarified butter for a high aroma.
  5. Add flour and make a roux with ghee butter.
  6. When the roux starts to brown, whisk in a few tablespoons full of chicken broth.
  7. Next, add an egg and whisk for about 5-6 minutes on low-medium flame until the sauce darkens.
  8. Add in the remaining broth, along with garlic powder, lemon juice, and sugar. Let the sauce simmer for 7-8 minutes.
  9. After the sauce has reduced and thickened, add the chicken breasts, and serve with a thinly sliced whole lemon and freshly chopped parsley.
