Garlic Ghee Salmon Recipe: cook with Milkio

Pan Seared Salmon with Creamy Lemon, Turmeric and Rosemary Sauce using Milkio Garlic Ghee is a tasty recipe. However, the best attrcation of this gourmet recipe is its simplicity. You can easily prepare it in home for preparing a tasty fish delicacy.
You don’t need much culinary skill to cook the dish.

Ingredients:
For preparing the salmon
  • Milkio Garlic  grass fed Ghee –  2 Tbsp (or more to taste)
  • Salmon – 250g
  • Baby Spinach Leaves – 150g
  • Full Fat Cream – 250g
  • Turmeric Powder – 1teaspoon
  • Rosemary 1 Teaspoon (or to taste)
  • Small Lemon – 1/2
  • Himalayan Pink Salt grass fed ghee- to taste and for enhancing palate.
  • Pepper – to taste
  • Parmesan Flakes- to taste

For preparing The Lemon Gralic cream Sauce

  • Milkio Grass fed garlic ghee-1 tablespoon
  • fat free cream-1 cup
  • all purpose flour-1/2 tablespoon
  • Parmesan cheese- 1/3 cup, grated
  • 1 whole lemon-zest and juice from
  • Dill-1 teaspoon, dried
  • Thyme-3/4 teaspoon dried
  • Salt and fresh ground pepper- to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish(optional)

Instructions : How to cook?

Cooking the salmon

  • Add 1 Tbsp of Milkio Garlic grass-fed Ghee to a heated pan.
  • Cook salmon approximately five minutes a side, or until almost cooked throughout.
  • The creamy ghee cooks in a smooth manner. It will heat up the salmon adequately.
  • Remove salmon from the pan and put aside.

How to cook the garlic sauce?

  • Leave the remaining Garlic ghee in pan and add cream, turmeric, rosemary, salt, pepper, and lemon (squeeze lemon to taste).
  • Cook the creamy sauce on a low heat until it becomes thick.
  • Then add additional seasonings to taste.
  • Add parmesan flakes and additional ghee (approx a teaspoon to taste).
  • Once the sauce is thick, add the spinach. The spinach should cook fast, so shortly after that, add the salmon.
  • Simmer for a few minutes, then serve the delicious Salmon.

Notes

Alaways prefer buying wild salmon in fresh condition. Wild samon offers a beautiful flavor and it is healtheir in its category. Serve it with plain rice and a plate of boiled and seasoned green veggeis.
