What Ghee contains? If we analyze what ghee contains, 100 ml of premium quality ghee contains approx 99.8 grams of fat. A significant portion of the fat in ghee is saturated fats. Ghee also holds cholesterol in its content. Ghee also contains vitamin A, vitamin E, and vitamin K, provided the raw ingredient of milk butter is the milk collected from grass-fed cows.
Ghee is prepared by slowly cooking butter to separate the milk solids from the liquid, which is then removed. This process leaves behind a clarified butter rich in beneficial fats, including saturated fats such as short-chain and medium-chain fatty acids like CLA, Omega fatty Acids, butyric acids, etc. Additionally, ghee is lactose, casein, and gluten-free. Ghee doesn’t contains sugar or carbohydrate too.
