Grass-fed ghee is the safest choice for a ghee rice recipe for several reasons:

- Higher Quality Standards: Grass-fed ghee is often produced with more stringent standards, ensuring the final product is unadulterated and contaminant-free.

- No Residual Pesticides: Cows grazing on natural pastures are less likely to be exposed to pesticides and herbicides, reducing the risk of these harmful substances ending up in the ghee.
- Transparency and Traceability: Many producers of grass-fed ghee provide transparency about their sourcing and production processes, allowing consumers to trace the product’s origins and ensuring safety.
