- Fats: One tablespoon contains 127 calories in ghee and 15gms fat- 7 to 9gms would be saturated fat. The rest could be divided into 5gms monounsaturated fat, and the leftover would be polyunsaturated fat. Ghee acts as a great flavor enhancement when added in small amounts to food.
